I wanted to talk to you about how you can fast forfat loss. This is really a new approach to the way you can lose weight.Most of us understand that eating properly is the key to successful fatloss, but fasting has been shown to be quite effective as well. I don'twant you to confuse this with starvation because that's not what ishappening. A recent study has shown that when you intermittently fast,you'll lose weight while still consuming the same amount of calories onaverage. It also showed that people were much better at coping withhealth problems and were believed to live longer. I'm here to talk toyou about how you can fast for fat loss.

This isn't a diet whereyou fast until your skinny because that isn't productive norsustainable. What I'm talking about is doing this intermittently. Thatmeans you get a 24 hour period of eating and another 24 hour period offasting. This way you'll end up still getting food in your body and onaverage about the same amount. During your eating days you can have asmuch food as you want and even food that is bad for you.

Peopleoften wonder if it is natural to fast for fat loss and I would argueyes. If you look at humans that were forced to hunt to survive, somedays they'd catch food and other days they'd catch nothing. That meanssome days they'd eat and other days they'd have to go without.
