This is a little lose weight tip witha big impact.
Your Stomach is approximately thesize of your fist. But look at your plate of food this afternoon or tonight atthe dinner table! Its not a set guide but its important to consider the size ofthe food portion on your plate.
That lunchbox had so much food inthat you had to put it in a bag with the extra bits that would not fit in. Andbecause its a lunch box you had to eat it all at lunch in one go!
To start try and limit the food tothat which will only fit in the lunch box. I like to use a little lose weighttip and call it a day box or bag. You can still put those extra bits in the bagalong with the lunch box but eat them throughout the day and not just at lunchtime. Spread your food intake out over the course of the day.
If you starve yourself between mealsthen your body does not know when it is going to get its next meal and sostores fat.
We all love looking forward to a bigdinner, our reward for a hard days work, "I know I do" (I would lookat my food on my dinner plate and it would be two maybe three fist full's offood. Look at yours! Gradually reduce the size. Everything in weight loss takestime if its going to have a longer lasting affect.
After all we all love food so thereis no point in starving yourself to lose weight. Maybe put some of the dinneraside to have as a little snack later.
It is important not to skip meals asthis may make you more at risk of snacking on unhealthy foods.(Definitely fooditems that include "go large" or "super size" should be offyour radar. Its exactly what you will do GO LARGE and you won't lose weighteasy!
